I have found that I am really hungry lately. I have been snacking on oranges this morning. Other times I usually snack on nuts. It's times like these that a good whole grain cracker sounds really REALLY good! Alas, I have none.
What do you guys eat when you are hungry in between meals?

Always protein: natural peanut butter or almond butter, kefir, yogurt (I guess dairy isn't considered paleo huh), some kind of jerky, boiled eggs, some leftovers....stuff like that.
ReplyDeleteIndeed. I call myself ALMOST Paleo... LOL I still eat a few things that most Paleo's don't eat. i.e. Oatmeal, kefir and yogurt on occasion but not so much lately. But yeah, dairy isn't considered Paleo. I use a a lot of Almond Milk and Brian uses a lot of Coconut Milk. Trying to get the kids to switch over, but they are only interested in the dark chocolate almond milk... LOL
